So the other week was an awful week, three people in my family died in the same week. One of them was my Aunt who was still very young and passed away after her breast cancer moved into her bones and their was nothing more they could do. My Mom had done the 3 day walk in San Fransisco a few years back when my Aunt first got diagnosed, she wore a pin with her picture on it. My Aunt recovered but then the cancer came back, I know through Susan G my Aunt got lots of supplies and support. Now I am thinking of doing the walk in memory of my Aunt but you have to raise 2,300 dollars and walk 60 miles. Though I may look young and fit I am not, this task seems daunting. I do really want to do this though.
Does anyone have expeirence doing these walks or planning on doing it this year?
