You can opt to send them something extra, shipped directly from the person who makes or sells it. I got the package directly from YHR and there was a card inside that said "Luma, I heard a Cloud 9 was at the top of your list! Love, your Secret Buddy". It didn't say who it was from
That's the crazy part...this wasn't even the "real" box! We are blessed to have such a sweet buddy <3
