mine has just started doing the same thing. She use to love water! I boil chicken breasts on the bone, cool skim the fat and store in ice cube trays. I melt a cube with some water in the micro and poor it over the kibble. It takes her a minute or two but i usually leave a little of the concentrated ice on top. Once she smells it and licks it she devours the bowl. I also take an ice cube during the day and crush it. She loves to chew ice! So she gets about 6oz a day. (2.5 breakfast, 1oz cube and 2.5 -3oz dinner) The surgeon who saw her today she she isnt the least bit dehydrated. |
