His health is great. i don't know who told me he was a mill dog, but the last conversation i had with the rescue , he was with an animal hoarder. and was rescued from the animal society shelter in ohio as they were going to put him down cause he was not good with people?.. he is timid, but will go up to others and smell thier hand etc.. he is also a little demon.. steals food, chews on my bag and socks, eats plastic, baddd likkle yorkie.. just how i like them lol.
