So glad you like the tutu, but I cannot take credit for the idea of ribbon in the tulle. I have seen it in both little girls and doggy tutu's on Etsy and other online shops. It was my first time to give it a try, but I don't think it will be my last. It was so easy and fun! I'd love to see what you come up with! The outfits are for a Pom and a Chihuhua. The dress is for the Chi.
