 Hyper-Ventilate,what to do?
Our 4lb yorkie is 10 months old. We have had her for one month, before that she has been in a kennel all her life. We have her all most potty trained. The only concern we have is she hyper-ventilated when she gets real excited. Is this normal? Is there something we can do to solve this problem? She will not eat in the morning and some times throwers up yellow fluid?
