Thank you for your replies! I don't want to get a few years down the line and kick myself for not getting it done! I have been thinking about a second opinion but need to research how I can get to see an orthopedist / board certified surgeon. Rolfie wasn't from a planned litter, his mum is pedigree and her owners rescued another yorkie (male) and thought they had kept them apart until they got him castrated... They didn't! And Rolfie was the little runt of the litter... He has a gorgous little underbite and now a dodgy knee the poor little mite! So we don't really know of his background too well!
I will look into a second opinion. I want what's best for my little monkey!! Xx |
