I cut Tatiana's hair, too. I'm picky about her haircut, too.

For Tatiana, I like do the schnauzer cut, with no skirt. Only her legs, tail, and ears are kept long. This keeps her coat manageable, but she still has hair (so she doesn't look shaved down and scrawny).

I like to use the Wahl Peanut clipper because Tatiana is small (about 3 lbs). I had to modify one of the combs so that it would work for me. I sanded down comb #1 so it would give a closer shave.

For her face and head, I use small, round-tip scissors and a razor comb.

For her safety, I groom her on the floor. She has the tendency to leap off if she hears something (like the neighbor next door, the mailman, etc) to investigate.
