 Baby Watch
We are on day 57 of our puppy watch. I am like a nervous grandma waiting for the babies and pacing the floor. We are pretty sure there are 5 pups - based on the ultrasound that Zoey had. Poor baby is as square as a barn. She is getting pretty restless - waking me three times through the night to take her potty and get her a drink and once because she simply wanted me to hold her. Keeping our fingers crossed that all goes well. I took her to the vet again last week and she said things are going well and she doesn't foresee any problems but went over a bunch of triggers to look out for to call her right away if Zoey is in any distress during the birthing. I will let you all know how things go. |
