I was upset to say the least especially when you get there all the other dogs have been groomed well.
I know now to request a certain groomer. But that will not make her top knot grow any faster. Took a full year to get her top knot long enought to put a ribbon in.
Oh well at least it grows back
I have mentioned this before, find a smaller owner operator groomer, that's what I do and I go at the end of the day, I bathe Lola at home first, then I sit there next to her and approve ever snip she makes on Lola. Lola is a mix so there is not really a standard cut for her so I like to be in on it. I have read so many horror stories on her about grooming I don't think I will ever do it another way.

On the other hand I am guilty of grooming my sisters yorkie without her permission. I can cut and shape the face hair pretty good. My sisters yorkie as a dark face and she has chopped away at the bang area, but left the side of the face long and stringy. she left her at my mothers over Christmas when I was visiting, I could not resist shaping her face up, now LOL my sister waits for my visit to trim Lucy up. But LOL you bettern not do that to my dog
