When you log in, do you check the box "keep me logged in" or whatever it says? Bc if you don't, your browser could log you out while you're creating a post/thread without you even knowing it, and then when you hit 'submit' it won't show up bc you're already logged out.
If you need to change that, clear any YT cookies and then log in and check that box, and it may be what helps with this issue.
