Yes! As with the above, this is what I've done in the past, including with my cat. It took a week before I was able to go on full on walks without pulling, as I worked on that at home with treats.

If your baby refuses to move once the harness/leash is on, encourage movement by doing the Elliott/ET thing with encouraging movement with a trail of treats good luck!
