Mine helped my cousin out with her chihuahua.....Kathy sweetened the deal by paying not only for all food, vet care needed, and she added 100.00/month to the deal for "labor and baby sitting fee". That was all Kathy could possibly afford, but if your friend can pay a little room and board fee, she may have better luck....also, try at the vet office....receptionists, vet tech, etc may try to help her out....
