OP, if money is an issue (sounded like it in your first post), you might want to look into Care Credit. Texas A&M will not accept it but there are specialists in Dallas who will....if you go to

As for A&M..their small animal clinic is not in Dallas....It is in College Station. They are wonderful but you need money up front if you go there. They usually take 1/2 of what the estimate is if a pup is hospitalized...then the rest they will make a payment plan over 6 months.
As everyone has said, your pup sounds VERY ill and needs care ASAP!!
