jamaican food...or at least the versions I have had is quite flavorful....nummy...scandanavian food...MOST people find very bland but its what I grew up on..basically meat and potatoes comfort food..the cod cured in salt just reminded me of lutefisk as it too is cod...some people will make a cream base and pour over it...I just use melted butter.
