PLEASE, schedule an appointment NOW to have your momma xrayed on day 58 so you will know exactly what you are dealing with. That prevents a lot of anxious waiting, and guessing and wondering....by then, you will be able to see if the puppies are going to fit thru the dams pelvic ring or if she is going to need a c-section. Ask your vet to measure heads to see if they are going to fit with no problems. If you see that she is carrying babies that are already a very close fit or already too large at day 58, they are only going to grow more in another 5-8 days, so go ahead and schedule her for a c-section on her due date.....no sense sitting around with no experience, on your first litter, hoping and praying she may somehow miraculously manage to push square pegs thru a round hole and have these pups with no problems. It could very easily cost you the dams life, along with some or all of the puppies.
