Sorry, this does not sound very appetizing.....soaked in lye... it does sound gross, sorry not trying to insult, or offend....But Ackee and Saltfish is amazing, at least Jamaican's or those of West Indian decent seem to think so.
Is lutefisk seasoned with anything?
