ive seen these velcro harnesses and they look cute, but hwo functional are they really?..... toby is going through this thing where his harness is getting too small and the next size up is way to big
i cuold make one of these harnesses but is it worth my time???? Toby is good on a leash, but he does pull once in a while because he is still learning, he is also larger (around 9 lbs) and is all muscle, so he is STRONG..... my concern is that the velcro would hold....... what are your thoughts
