Hello and welcome to YT. I am not a vet, but I think a visit and discussion with a vet might be in order. I would be worried if my pup was getting sick that often. Unless you have ruled out all other things - like she's not getting into something she shouldn't be (i.e. chewing on plants or picking up anything outside), she's been fed, etc. If you rule out the obvious and are still at a loss, take her to the vet.
