Again, she's playful and active, no symptoms (no blood, no pain or shaking, no vomit, eating and drinking regularly) whatsoever except the diarrhea, which is why I thought it was strange. She has never been dehydrated, gums are always pink. I just give a couple of EXTRA dropperfuls of water or so if I've noticed she hasn't been to her water bowl in awhile.

Pink gums don't indicate dehydration or hydration, but indicate low blood pressure, anemia, internal bleeding, shock and other serious illness. Dry, sticky gums are a sign of dehydration. Another test is grasping a the nape of the neck and if it sticks together rush to the hospital.
