Update I didn't take her in, just her fecal sample. Came back negative. I'm going to keep her on the bland diet for a couple more days and if she doesn't get better then take her in. She does have a history of gas imbalance and so I'm almost positive she ate something that didn't agree with her stomach and thus, the diarrhea.
Again, she's playful and active, no symptoms (no blood, no pain or shaking, no vomit, eating and drinking regularly) whatsoever except the diarrhea, which is why I thought it was strange. She has never been dehydrated, gums are always pink. I just give a couple of EXTRA dropperfuls of water or so if I've noticed she hasn't been to her water bowl in awhile.
