I went through this with all 3 of mine last summer. We were camping. They did NOT eat or drink anything other than what I gave them. I had them in an x-pen the entire time(except to go for walks) and had astro turf on the ground so they weren't touching the grass,. We stay in the middle of the road so they don't get into "stuff" that other dogs may do on the side of the road , I had them at the vet at least once a week,,,tried everything! boiled hamburg and rice, chicken and rice.....no treats...you name it....I tried it! Had a fecal done,...showed giardia and bacteria in their guts.,...the vet said they must have picked up something at the campground. We tried antibiotics, changing their food etc....FINALLY....after putting them on panacur, fortiflora, and another antibiotic and Iams low ask food from the vet, they were back to normal...Unfortunately...it took a month! It was horrible!! I never cleaned floors and washed butts so much!
Maybe bring in a fecal...that can tell them alot.
