I did notice the website stated that but when I arrived they did ask for a referral for Luvee to be admitted and she was admitted under an emergency. (They hadn't received my Vet's referral prior to my arrival) I don't imagine that they would turn anyone away with an emergency though. That does not appear to be their style. They are awesome! A real class act!
