I would almost think that the other dog being in heat might be triggering this. What I have seen, both male and females seem to act differently when there is one in heat. Her hormones are probably not yet 'calmed' down after having pups. Now, I also must add I don't know much about breeding, have always wanted to, but know I should leave that up to you ladies that have the know how. I would be too afraid to do that.
My little Libby has done this a couple of times, She is almost 3. I think she just doesn't take the time to empty her bladder like she should. It is like she just couldn't hold it. Maybe it's just a little too much excitement before bed...who knows. They sometimes know just how to get our attention!
