 Tricks
Bilbo knows bang, give me five, give me ten, the Dallas Cowboys dance(twirling around in circles on his hind legs), speak. He also knows elephant (his favorite toy), frisbee, ball, and toy (which is any other toy). I'm working on teaching him to pray and to weave in and out of my legs.
Of course he knows all the basic commands: sit, stay, come, down, etc.
He will also go to the entertainment center and show us when he wants a treat.
He knows the difference between his toys and our granddaughter's toys, and won't touch hers, although he really wants to.
Most of the tricks didn't take more than a week to teach him. My husband taught him speak while I was out of town overnight. We reinforce them every night at treat time. |
