Default Sprained front leg

Poor little Bilbo has a sprained front leg from playing too hard with his best friend Buffy. It's swollen between the ankle and the knee. The vet said to keep him off it, and to give him aspirin.

It doesn't seem to bother him, but it does bother me. I am wondering if wrapping or compresses would help reduce the swelling.

Bilbo will be four February 23, and weighs nine pounds. He's not fat, just a non-standard size.

Any suggestions would be welcome.
