What has the vet told you so far? Uni was itching really bad last year. Turned out it was a flea allergy, but she was always an itchy baby, even without fleas. I've since got her on a medicated shampoo, changed her out to a grain free kibble (and stopped giving her treats with grains also), plus no chicken. Never did find out what triggered her itches, but she's doing a lot better now. She would scratch till her skin was bright red and tore out her fur.
