As far as treats, I have made treats from my pups can prescription dog food, dehydrated veggies, chicken jerky, and some dog cookies. Here is the recipe I was given:

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup rolled oats
2 eggs
3-4 tbs water
1/2 c dry milk
1 c peanut butter
Can add 1tbs parsley flakes

Mix dry ingredient, combine egg, PB, and water. Add to dry. Roll or shape into cookies. Bake 30 min at 350 on greased cookie sheet. I have never added the ingredients you listed.
Thanks for your input. Can you use almond or coconut milk instead "real milk"~? Or water~? I am not vegan, but I don't use milk or soy. Thanks.
