I put a whisked egg in a bowl with a bit of water and put it in the microwave to cook for Uni (didn't want to use a pan and oil for her). It actually cooked very well. I nuked it for about 30 secs then stirred and kept doing it until it was cooked through. It actually came out very much like this Korean steamed egg dish thing that I really like that I order with Korean bbq.
