I can upload pictures from my iPad, but I use a third party photohosting place. You can get an application from Photobucket for your Motorola Xoom or find an application that works with your Motorola. Here's explicit instructions on how to upload pictures from the iPad, some of the same things might work with your equipment, if it doesn't do a google and find out how you can post pictures online.
