I use a XS mannequin. Most of my XS patterns are for a girth of 10-12 inches. Size small for me is 12-14 and medium is 14-16 on the girth. I am not sure if the sizing on all the mannequins are the same but I would think in the brand like I bought, a small should work. I got mine on Amazon. (I docked the tail on mine after arrival as well. Lol.)
