Eddie, my boy, scratches at the back door to go outside 3 times a day -- after breakfast in the morning; after dinner in the evening; and just before bed.

Jillie, on the other hand, scratches to go out at least 6 times a day. I think half of those trips are for social reasons, but she's consistent day in and day out.

So for those of you with males and females, have you noticed a difference?
