Thank you so much for the quick response. Lucky first showed signs of being ill on Sunday. Took him to the vet Monday (twice), then yesterday and again today. He has been given subcutaneous fluids twice and 4 medications. He was given an appetite stimulant yesterday and then sent us home with a bottle after he was diagnosed. They told me to give him one when we got home but I'm holding off. What concerns me is that after he was diagnosed the vet still suggests getting him to eat right away. Wondering if I should get a second opinion at this point. |
