I use a bin outside on my porch. It's a plastic tub and I throw my pee pads in there until there are about 6-8 dirties and then I wash them. In the summer when is hot, I have to wash more frequently. I add 1/2 cup of borax to my loads these days and it works fantastic to remove any residual odors or stains.
