Found YorkieTalk after googling pancreatitis in Yorkies. Lucky, my 14 yr old Yorkie, was diagnosed today (after 4 vet visits and over $1000). Vet gave us appetite stimulant which I am holding off on for now. It is contradictory to most treatment info I'm finding on the internet. Anyone on here have a yorkie diagnosed with pancreatitis and given an appetite stimulant?
