Yeah, I think since you know going into this that they will not change your towels, I would bring extra towels with you and just bring them home to wash them.
7 days of 2 showers a day does seem a lot of uses before washing. I do own a timeshare condo though and they don't give us new towels either, we have to either bring more of our own, or wash them at the laundry facilities there ourselves. I think the idea is they PROVIDE towels.
