I'm so sorry that your experience with little Mocca has been so difficult
I saw some of your past posts & it seems like you really care about him. I'm not sure how difficult it would be in Singapore to try to work with a trainer, a professional who can help you find ways to work with both of you to correct some of his behavior? Have you tried anything like that?
