hi,pepsi is now 13 weeks old so we take him at least 3 walks a day but he refuses to pee or poo outside,as soon as were back indoors he goes on his pee pee mat,is there any way to brake this cycle??it must be confusing for him as we have spent the last 5 weeks encouraging him to go on the pad.
