That's what I mean...I understand there are times when it's in the best interest for all. But it seems all to easy and common.

I know a few military families who get a dog(terrier) while living off base knowing they will be moving on base where these breeds are not allowed. I see it would be okay if they were fostering but to just give them up like that? *sigh* sorry..sorry....I think i'm just tired. LOL
