it probably was delayed, I have voiced this as a problem over and over and I see the OP had to repost because her post did not show, very confusing for someone trying to get help to have you post delayed half a day.
I bet the person dropping off the pup must have known something was up. Let's face it yorkies, especially the tiny ones command a decent dollar so why would someone just drop it off when they could sell it. very sad, hoping for a good outcome.
