Could be he's cold, did she dry him thoroughly? Could be he's nervous, and it could be he's suffering from hypoglycemia, sometimes when they get really worked up they use all their available energy and get low blood sugar. Give him a nice treat to reward him for being so good! If he won’t eat, I’d try rubbing some karo syrup on the roof of his mouth, and trying the food again in 10 minutes. You could also try a sweater and see if that helps.
