This pup needs immediate veterinary care and my guess is that she might need hospitalization. I would ONLY do that at a 24 hour care facility. If you have a board certified internal med specialist in your area, that would be best. These little ones shut down quickly without nutrition and hydration.

Good luck...and as said above...DO IT NOW! I almost lost one of mine this week and it was only ONE day. If he had not been admitted to ICU, he would not be here now.
