I would load up my baby and walk in at the vet...baby needs to be seen immediately...change in antibiotics may be essential, additional blood work my be necessary, rehydration with sub-q IVs...this baby can not be sick and down for 5 days with no improvement.....if they do not get active in this babys care, I woulkd be heading to a vet school or a specialist.....good luck with you baby and please keep us posted on what is happening.....GO!
