We took Sophie Kate on her first beach vacation this weekend to Destin Florida. Sophie Kate had a BLAST!!!

She loves the beach, tolerated the water (her legs got a little wet from a large wave crashing the shore). We spent about an hour and half on the beach where she dig in the sand, made a hole and sat in it (repeat). Tried to dig a moat around me and ruined my friends sandcastle (she noted someone else diggign and promptly went over there and destroyed the starts of a good castle).

Will post pictures later but I highly recommend a beach vacation if possible for your Yorkies. They have fun, it tires them out and can uncover all their fabulous digging skills.
