I agree, she should be seen immediately. Honestly, she should have been seen before now...but nothing that can be done about that.
These little ones don't have a lot of reserve and can go down very quickly.
I have a pup in the ICU right now...he was vomiting one day and went to the vet...by morning he was severely ill with pancreatitis. He was only given a 50/50 chance of survival and needed plasma to recover. Vomiting and shaking can be pancreatitis or a number of other things....
An emergency vet would be best rather than to wait any longer.
