She sounds to me like you have it pegged...I think she is in pain...the look in her eyes, the shaking continually, the yelping, all signs of pain. Please get your baby to the vet tomorrow...if it was me, I would be at the emergency vet...if this is pancreatitis, they can go downhill rapidly...if they cant make an appointment for you, do a walk in....it is important she be seen.
