Hi everyone,

My Roxy is usually an active vocal 8 year old, however the past few days she has a look in her eyes as if she is in pain. She is shaking pretty much the entire time she is awake, the only way I can comfort her is to pet her continually. She randomly yelps as if in pain. She is not able to jump up onto or off of couch right now. She usually lays around, but now she just stands staring blankly and shaking. If looks like it is uncomfortable for her to lay down. I noticed her panting and making noises like she is having trouble breathing. I noticed her hearing and vision declining over the past few months. If I do not see improvement come morning, I will be taking her to see her vet.

There can be many reasons why she may be doing this. I do agree that she needs to see a Vet. I hope you do take her in tomorrow.
