Poor baby - my little girl was spayed - it will be two weeks on Tuesday and we cannot bathe her until Thursday (she gets her stitches out Tuesday and no bath until 48 hours after the stitches are removed). I have been just using baby wipes and a very wet washcloth with just plain water for now since I can't rinse her thoroughly.
