I'm kind of hard nosed about this as we used to have neighbors across the street from us (two teenage boys whose single mom was out of town on occasion) and had to call the police at about 1 am. When she got home and we talked about it, she told me "good, they need to know that behavior is not acceptable." I was thunderstruck. Don't you think their mother should be able to get this across to them??? So I draw the line at 1 am. I know, I'm such a meanie!!!
