The first thing that comes to my mind is pancreatitis. Not eating and shaking is a classic symptom and he needs to be seen ASAP!!! This is nothing to fool with. These little ones can go down quickly. Shaking is a symptom of pain.
If you have not been to a vet yet, please do today! I am sorry I did not see this yesterday.
If your vet is not open, then get him to an EC.
